1. Scope of Services & Page Setup

The Company agrees to design and host a dedicated booking page for the Operator on BookTours.today. The page will display: 1 video (up to 15s), 6 photos, 1 logo (designed for free by Company if missing), 3 social links, a description of their services, and a direct WhatsApp connection link.

2. Fees and Payments

The Operator shall pay a one-time Setup Fee of $99 USD. This fee is strictly non-refundable and fully covers the initial setup and the first month of platform maintenance subscription. Following the first month, the subscription fee shall be a flat $24 USD per month.

3. Payment Processing & Payouts

The Company shall accept international online credit card payments on behalf of the Operator. The Company agrees to transfer the collected booking funds directly into the Operator’s registered Laos bank account in USD currency on the day following the scheduled tour, minus standard credit card gateway transaction fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

There are no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate this active agreement at any time by providing a formal written notice of cancellation exactly 30 days in advance.
